Painting is a wonderful, relaxing experience for me. I can idle away the day playing with my paints and brushes so easy. Then, after I have created my master pieces (pun), off to the scanner they go to be copied to my computer. Here is where the magic happens ! I digitally correct, cut and past, color, straighten lines, add depth and highlights to a few of them. Gimp and Paint are programs that allow these necessary refinements that make my art work look so much better. Further, it doesn't hurt my wrists at all like painting with a brush does.
